Communication with eHomes was excellent. Adrian Ruiz was helpful, effective and very timely in his responses. The information he gave was very useful and clear. The installers, Kane and Finn, were professional and accessible. The team manager gave clear information about the installation process which was then carried through. The battery was installed within 3 weeks of initial contact.
I bought a solar battery in October, with installation taking place in November. The service provided was outstanding from beginning to end. When I inquired about the solar battery, I spoke with a representative who clearly explained the rebate options and helped me understand how the battery and system functioned, allowing me to make an informed decision. The assistance I received from the initial call to the installation was extremely friendly and professional, with no question being too difficult. Additionally, the installer was fantastic—courteous and respectful throughout the entire process, and he left the area impeccably clean.
This is a follow-up to the company's response to my initial review. My actions were not abusive; I was frustrated after being abruptly awakened, dealing with PTSD and insomnia, especially since I was informed the installation would occur later in the day. I never directed any profanity or abuse toward anyone and even apologized for raising my voice to the representative, as I needed to withdraw extra cash to cover additional costs for the installation. While I was initially curt with the installers, it was not abusive, and things improved once I calmed down. The representative did threaten to send the installers away, which violated our agreement. He also threatened to disable the system if I didn't pay the outstanding balance, which he falsely denies. His conduct was unprofessional and driven by ego. I merely sought acknowledgment of his unacceptable behavior after I had already apologized for my raised voice, which was not abusive as claimed. I reached out with a detailed email regarding my concerns, but it went unanswered. There was no attempt at resolution from their side, just demands for payment. Their response to my initial review unfairly portrayed me as dishonest, when in reality, the company's reply was filled with inaccuracies. Overall, a very disappointing experience with this dishonest and ego-driven service.
I had a very disappointing experience with this solar panel and battery provider. Communication was slow and unprofessional, leaving me feeling like I was constantly chasing for updates. They made promises about timelines that were never fulfilled, wasting a lot of my time. I expected a more reliable process for something as crucial as home energy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude and disrespectful, making the entire experience incredibly frustrating. There was a complete lack of professionalism. I would advise avoiding this company to save yourself the disappointment.
