The installation was fine, but there was no blackout protection as I had expected. The representative I spoke to was unprofessional, accusing me of changing details last minute and threatening to cancel the installation due to my frustration over additional costs. His threats were a violation of our contract. I requested acknowledgment of his behavior, but instead received more threats. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend this company.
