This is a follow-up to the company's response to my initial review. My actions were not abusive; I was frustrated after being abruptly awakened, dealing with PTSD and insomnia, especially since I was informed the installation would occur later in the day. I never directed any profanity or abuse toward anyone and even apologized for raising my voice to the representative, as I needed to withdraw extra cash to cover additional costs for the installation. While I was initially curt with the installers, it was not abusive, and things improved once I calmed down. The representative did threaten to send the installers away, which violated our agreement. He also threatened to disable the system if I didn't pay the outstanding balance, which he falsely denies. His conduct was unprofessional and driven by ego. I merely sought acknowledgment of his unacceptable behavior after I had already apologized for my raised voice, which was not abusive as claimed. I reached out with a detailed email regarding my concerns, but it went unanswered. There was no attempt at resolution from their side, just demands for payment. Their response to my initial review unfairly portrayed me as dishonest, when in reality, the company's reply was filled with inaccuracies. Overall, a very disappointing experience with this dishonest and ego-driven service.
