It's been over four weeks since I placed my order and have received nothing. I've reached out nine times to inquire about my order, and each time, they've said it was escalated to the 'right department' without any follow-up. This is one of the worst services I've experienced. The tracking feature doesn't even work. It feels like a scam! They are also deleting my comments on social media.
