Extremely disappointing customer service. After three weeks, my package has yet to be shipped. I only receive automated responses to my emails, and there's no way to get in touch with a real person or hold anyone accountable. It's been over four weeks since I placed my order and have received nothing. I've reached out nine times to inquire about my order, and each time, they've said it was escalated to the 'right department' without any follow-up. This is one of the worst services I've experienced. The tracking feature doesn't even work. It feels like a scam! They are also deleting my comments on social media.
This service is appalling! I recommend using another provider. I spent a lot of money, and my order took ages to arrive. When it finally did, the products had crystallized after a few weeks. I was told that it was past the return date, despite having photographic evidence. They still have a valid expiration date!

I'm now on day 12 of waiting, and I'm still receiving emails thanking me for my patience, which feels incredibly disrespectful at this point! If something is supposed to be dispatched the same day and is out of stock, it shouldn't be available for order on the site. It shouldn't take this long to offer an alternative flavor or to cancel and refund—this feels like theft!
