Extremely disappointing customer service. After three weeks, my package has yet to be shipped. I only receive automated responses to my emails, and there's no way to get in touch with a real person or hold anyone accountable. This has been my first experience with their products, and I will certainly not spend my money here again. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
