Extremely disappointing and misleading support. This is my second issue with the company (the first being a delivery delay of over a month), and I have never encountered such poor service. I reached out because one protein tub was missing from my order. Their support explicitly asked if I preferred a reshipment or a refund. I clearly stated that I wanted a reshipment, as I needed the products. Despite this, a representative processed a refund instead, ignoring my request. I was later informed that reshipment was 'not possible,' which was only communicated after the refund was completed. To make matters worse, they blamed their AI assistant for the error, highlighting a total lack of human oversight on customer issues. As a 'gesture,' I was offered a 10% discount code, which feels insulting considering the situation. I didn’t order proteins just to receive a refund and a discount code; I ordered them to receive the products. This is misleading, unprofessional, and shows a complete disregard for customers. If reshipment was never an option, it should not have been mentioned in the first place. I strongly advise against this company. There are many better brands with genuine customer service. Terrible experience.
