Unacceptable and misleading customer support. This is the second issue I've encountered, the first being an over 1.5-month delay in delivery! Honestly, I've never faced such inadequate service. I reached out to the support team because one protein tub was missing from my order. They explicitly asked if I wanted a reshipment or a refund, and I clearly stated I wanted a reshipment since I needed the products. Regardless, a representative processed a refund without considering my request. I was later informed that reshipment was “not possible,” which was conveniently mentioned only after the refund was issued. To make matters worse, they blamed their AI assistant for the error, indicating a complete lack of human oversight in customer matters. As a “gesture,” the representative offered me a 10% discount code, which feels quite insulting given the circumstances. I didn’t order proteins to receive a refund and a 10% discount; I ordered them to actually obtain the products. This is misleading, unprofessional, and shows a total disregard for customers. If reshipment was never an option, it should never have been suggested in the first place. I strongly advise against this company. There are many other brands with genuine customer service. Terrible service.

Save your money. The products taste absolutely terrible, nearly undrinkable. There’s no satisfaction guarantee, and customer support was dismissive rather than helpful. For such a pricey product, the lack of quality control and accountability is unacceptable. This brand does not stand behind its products.
