I had a highly disappointing and stressful encounter with this broker. I requested a £200 withdrawal, but only £4 appeared in my account. After pursuing this for days, I received documentation indicating that the remaining £200 was refunded to an entirely different cardholder, someone I do not know. The card details and account holder's name were not mine.
Despite providing clear evidence, the process has been painfully slow, confusing, and stressful. I had to constantly reach out to support, compile screenshots, and escalate the matter myself. This raises serious concerns about fund safety, internal controls, and compliance.
As a client, I expect my funds to be managed correctly and securely. Transferring client money to a third party is unacceptable. At the time of writing this review, the issue remains unresolved.
I strongly recommend others to exercise caution before depositing money with this broker.
This experience has severely eroded my trust in this broker.
