I had a very disappointing experience.
When a client makes profit, they find ways to avoid paying. They deduct amounts, apply unclear clauses, and then simply say, “This is our final decision.”
They provide timelines for document submission, but during that period they do not respond properly. Later, they claim that documents were not submitted within the timeline and use that as justification to close the account.
In my case, my account was closed and profits were removed without proper clarification. Instead of giving clear written explanations or specific reasons, they repeatedly stated that the decision was final and refused further correspondence.
This creates serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
I strongly advise traders to carefully read all terms and be cautious. Make sure you keep every communication record.
