Completely ineffective now. Both my and my partner's information is entirely incorrect. It's a total waste of money, and quite a lot at that! It seemed to function well initially, but now, a year later, it's completely inaccurate. It gets everything wrong. Customer service? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!? I attempted the chat feature. No assistance. I checked the FAQs. No help there either. I tried calling and was on hold for over 32 minutes, only to have the system inform me, "Sorry, we're not available," and then hang up! Spend your money elsewhere. I feel awful, as it was a gift from our son. :(
