I didn't get my order for 3 weeks. After the 2nd week I emailed them and asked for a refund. I sent multiple emails and no response no response until the 3rd week and it said order shipped. There was no sorry for any inconvenience or anything. I did get 300 points after I sent them another email shaming them for their poor service. They don't have a phone number to call so you have to email them. Oh I forgot they did say that it happened due to the wearhouse move they were going through.
