My second time ordering from eightvape was a bust. I ordered the bundle and received 2 vapes 1 Mexico mango and the other strawberry banana and the free gum. They said they checked with their warehouse and they confirmed the package weighed but they want to issue me a credit of 95.58 and they want to know if that is acceptable well NO it’s not because I may not get the product then either. The first time I ordered everything was great and no problems but I will never use eight vape again.
I personally had an awesome experience. I've only purchased from brick and mortar shops and was nervous about ordering online. Customer service was wonderful via email and also responsive on Instagram. Got everything I ordered just fine and had no issues with shipping. It came in a few days. The mod that I got works perfectly and the juice is top notch. Definitely will be returning!

I ordered, kind of big order, for the first time. I recd my order very fast. Constantly able to see where my order was. I recd my order, package very well, nothing broken. My order has lasted me very well. It has possible been one of the best purchases I have made.
The site is fairly easy to use. Though, I do wish the free items would not be salts, and would be juices similar to what I am ordering. Also, I used up many points trying to apply a discount to my order, not realizing that by buying 10 packs each time if possible, it made it impossible for me to apply a discount, so my points are compeltely wasted.
Your app is fcukn confusing. I placed my order said its paid but continues to push me to reorder or said its not finished after it says its payed for. Idk man I just dont know I spent money already just to be asked do you wanna buy again or it makes it seem like my order wasn't placed and trying to get me to double order
