The Food & Sustainability course gives you a wide subject of topics relating to sustainability. From traditional farming to agroecology, to the SDG framework, the correlation between food and health, in depth insights about foodwaste- and loss ... Each topic was presented by specialists in the field, who encouraged us to reflect on how we can contribute to a more sustainable future.Thanks to the course I had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with an international group of dedicated foodies. Each one of them focused on one goal: making the food chain a little bit better for out planet. The culmination of the course takes place in Rome, where we were immersed in a two-day program that perfectly balances educational content with a touch of gastronomy.
