The EIIS Food & Sustainability course has been equally enriching and inspiring, covering all aspects of food sustainability throughout the entire value chain. It featured highly engaging content and discussions with top-level guest experts, which encouraged us to reflect on how we can contribute (through our diverse areas of expertise) to solving the challenges currently affecting the food system.Special mention goes to the organization of the course, both its online component, with a highly intuitive and educational platform, and the on-site experience in Rome, where training activities were seamlessly combined with networking and gastronomy.Many thanks to EIIS for the experience!!
