During the course Food and Sustainability offered by EIIS, we were provided with a broad range of topics, from sustainable agriculture to circular economy, from food waste to international agricultural development. This made the course enriching at the same time that it provided a well rounded introduction to many topics related to sustainability. There are additional resources provided if you want to delve deeper into a particular topic, however, the course itself moves at a fast pace which makes it hard to delve deeply into specific area without one's own initiative.The course brings people together from many backgrounds, geogrophies, opinions and ages, making conversations dynamic and intriguing.In addition, the organizer of the course Sveva is a wonderful person, always available to resolve any challenges you might be having, from navigating the online platform to course material.Overall I would recommend this course if you wish to have a pleasant experience exploring different themes related to sustainability.
