The Food & Sustainability course was a personal challenge that I decided to take and it exceeded my expectations! It resulted in a very rich experience, full of learning and connections with new colleagues.It was an intense journey on Food System learnings including topics like sustainable agriculture, food loss and food waste, sustainable nutrition considering the Innovation, education and policy approaches. The course concluded with the on site experience with visits at International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Quintosapore, an agroecology example of agriculture! I would like to thank Sveva Ciapparoni and the EIIS - European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability team for leading us throughout the course and the On-Site Experience!I enjoyed every single moment with the new friends 😊
