Big shout out to Emily at customer service. Ordered a saw online from a third party supplier, arrived with a broken UK plug adapter, plastic earth pin snapped off. Customer serve at einhell fantastic, Emily thought she had what I needed in stock, ten mins away from royal mail collection so she sent it immediately with them to save any delays.
