I had an issue with a failed zip on my leaf sucker/blower bag that I'd had for less than 12 months. Einhell's Connor was very helpful and I promply received a replacement leaf collection bag.Many thanks for the good customer service.

Always great service from Einhell UK and my most recent exchange with Candice personified their fast, positive approach to dealing with even small issues. I have quite a few Einhell products and a couple of batteries and I do love them. Solid, reliable and well made and the battery last long and charges fast.
Having bought an Einhall mower from Amazon in June 24 a fault has just developed and as i thought it may be out of warranty. I emailed Einhall and Emily in their customer services replied advising as bought fro Amazon it would have a 24 month warranty and supplied me a phone number to contact. I am pleased to say that through this my old one is being replaced this week and the old one collected. A big thank you to Emily and Einhall for putting me on the right track instead of passing the buck.
