My nearly new lawn mower developed problems so I telephoned Einhell for a local dealer, they do not have dealers so the unit had to be returned to Einhell, Emily who helped me was excellent and sent me a box with which to return the offending Mower, DPD collected and within 3 days I received an E-mail to say that the mower would be replaced with a new one, which arrived again by DPD a couple of days later. It was a bit of a nuisance having to return the whole mower and accessories, but Emily proved to be a great help. All good now and the new mower working perfectly.
