I've recently replaced many of my aging tools with the Enihell X-charge range I have found them all to be extremely well engineered and good value for money.I've also bought a dozen or so of the E case F-S System cases which clip together and make it simple to load the required tools into the truck each day.I have twice however snapped the clips that hold the cases together by not properly securing them before lifting the cases. You hear a horrible snap the bottom case swings down and I personally🤬Enihell however have a fantastic customer service department in Liverpool and I've spoken with them on the phone and by email and they have sorted every little problem I've encountered. Today they have very kindly ordered me 3 pairs of replacement clips from Germany.I can now continue replacing tools and cases safe in the knowledge that should I break a clip (at least for the next 6) I can simply fit an new one.I'm Aspergers and NEVER leave reviews and have trouble interacting with people and companies in the modern world they all too often have inflexibility systems and no real people to help by doing commonsense things.So when I am moved by Em... to write a review you can believe I mean it. Also you can trust this isn't AI generated no AI can come close to mimicking Aspergers. 🤣I highly recommend Enihell UK contact the customer services before you buy if in bought but don't make a coffee before you call as you won't get time to drink it!
