I bought an Einhell hedge trimmer from Argos and foolishly lost the fixing knob, hex bolt and washer. I called to check the replacement part numbers I needed and Candice confirmed which they were, but pointed out they would be very expensive to ship from Germany. The cost would be 10-15% of the cost of the entire product.Candice then went above and beyond by checking if there were any spares that she might be able to find. I'm delighted to say she was successful and called to confirm she was sending them to me.This is fantastic customer service, leaving me feeling valued and satisfied with Einhell. Customer service like this is a rarity these days.
