Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. I purchased an Einhell Garden Blower/Vac from another Large well known Store and on assembly found I was missing 2 very small screws. The Store concerned was pretty useless in their response to my problem and so I contacted Einhell direct. Emily in their Customer Services team immediately responded and within a couple of days a pack of screws arrived. I am more than happy with Einhell !!
