I had an issue with my Einhell electric chainsaw. I contacted the Customer Service Team by email who gave me a ref number.The item was collected and the very next day I received an engineer's fault report. The fault on the item was rectified and returned to me promptly.I was kept informed of the progress by the Customer Service Team at every stage of the process.
