My Einhell tiller was on its last legs and subsequently was sent to get fixed. The mechanics assessment was that the carbeuetor had gone and despite looking at all their suppliers, the part seemed unable to be replaced. Following a short chat with Emily, the part I needed did seem to have been out of stop, but after some digging during the day, she managed to find me a suitable alternative which I am now getting delivered. She went above and beyond and as a result of her assistance has saved me having to fork out for a new tiller and keep my old reliable one ticking over.
