I bought a table saw which was not functioning correctly once I put it together. The staff could not have been more helpful, they gave me advice and when it became apparent the item was not functioning correctly and it wasn’t anything to do with how I put it together they promptly and efficiently arranged for the item to be picked up and replaced or repaired. Although the matter is not resolved at this point I would have no hesitation in praising all the staff and the quality of help I received dealing with this matter. It is a rare experience to speak to people and not a robot and actually get problems resolved, I am glad I picked Einhell as I’m not sure other companies would have been this good
