Deceptive "Deal" description...much like the rest of the 1-STAR ratings here, today's after Christmas promotion was very price apealing. When it's too good to be true, it most likely is...just do good reseach on reviews, there are plenty on here, YELP, etc...The specific Promotion was for discount using code, yet the header of each page in big letter said FREE SHIPPING WITH ORDERS OVER $100. It's kind of one of those bait and switch situations, which was very disappointing, since I've had previous great experiences, but this time was a definite UNSAT for deceptive advertising. On a positive note, Customer Sevice Rep (KYLE) was prompt to reply back and forth with emails and screenshots, but not sure he even recognized the deceit as presented on the website. I did not proceed to payment and let Kyle know I was going to write this review...Bottom Line: Buyer Beware, just do good research first and understand with the final price will be...What is not clearly stated is that the promotion code is only for either a discount "OR" free shipping (either one or the other), what a head-scratcher this experience turned out to be: VERY NEGATIVE!!!
