Placed an order on ejuiceconnect.com and the tracking read that it never left Florida (which is where they are located). I tried multiple times to contact them and never heard anything back and I could never get anyone on the phone either. I have had to dispute the $82 charge with my bank and filed a missing package claim with USPS, but I am possibly out a good chunk of money. Even if I have to spend a few extra dollars per bottle, I will be going back to the other online store that I have been using for around 9 years.
Edit: After posting this review I did finally hear back from someone. I was told by Karla (who was very nice, to note) that if I do not receive the package by the 27th (giving 14 business days after the projected delivery date of the 6th) then I would receive a refund. Good and bad because I ended up having to order from a different site, so I will still be out around $110 even if it does arrive, but I know that I will not have any delivery issues with the site/company that I have been using. Definitely a bummer as their prices are very good (about $3-4 less per bottle). Note: The other site uses UPS and not USPS. Not sure if that matters, but I just wanted to mention it.
