I have ordered several times and have never had a problem with the accuracy or the quality of my order. Shocked to read some of the negative reviews. I will say that the shipping method is less to be desired. They do respond to the support email when I asked why it takes so long. I am used to the fact that my orders usually take around 10-12 days. The package reaches my state within 3 days but takes another 7-8 days to travel 200 miles. I am not going to give them a bad rating because I feel this is out of their control.
