I am writing to formally address a thoroughly disappointing interaction I had with the return/delivery representative handling my recent service request. Unfortunately, the representative's demeanor was very rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, causing me significant frustration and disappointment with the customer service provided. During the interaction, the representative spoke unprofessionally and showed no willingness to assist or provide clear information. Instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, their attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful. As a customer, I expect respectful communication, patience, and basic courtesy—none of which were present in this encounter.
