Very third class service and also delivery man have no manners and also demanding Rs. 100 to open box .This is very third class services ever.

One of the most disappointing services encountered is from a certain logistics provider. The pickup executives display aggressive behavior and an attitude that lacks professionalism. I raised a pickup request a week ago, and each day I received a message stating they would pick up before 11:00 PM. After waiting the entire week, I only received a missed call in the last two days, and when I tried to return the call, it was busy. The representative did not show up at the location but called and argued rudely before disconnecting the call. The situation is frustrating, and I feel compelled to escalate this matter if there is no resolution soon.
The delivery person was extremely rude, and while the product itself is good, the service was disappointing. I ordered two of the same items, and the executive called for an OTP. When I inquired if it was the cancellation OTP, he mentioned it would be canceled for the day and that I would receive delivery the next day, but only one item was delivered. The price of the product has now increased, and I frequently receive calls asking if I will collect the order from a hub located 6 km away from my home or if they should cancel the order.

A delivery partner should not return items without customer confirmation, especially when the customer responds promptly. His tone was disrespectful, and he even remarked, 'You can complain or leave a review; I don’t care.' This indicates a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. I urge you to provide better training to your delivery partners to ensure respectful communication and responsible handling of deliveries.
If I had the option to give no stars, I certainly would. I have never encountered such a poor logistics service. There is no way to contact them—neither email nor phone. I lost my parcel and have no means to reach out for assistance. I receive daily emails stating that my order is out for delivery, yet at the end of the day, it shows 'customer not responded,' despite no one contacting me. It's unclear what actions are being taken by this service.
I had the worst experience with a delivery service while trying to receive my treadmill ordered through another provider. They should have made arrangements for proper delivery before accepting the assignment. As I was alone, I insisted it was their responsibility to deliver the product. I started recording when one of the individuals rushed toward me, demanding I stop filming, claiming it wouldn’t change anything. They left without delivering the item. The support team of the ordering service was also unreachable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this provider, especially if delivery is handled by this logistics service, as they may not fulfill their commitments and may display abusive behavior.

I explained that our office closes at 8:00 PM, and if he arrived late, I would have to wait outside. When 8:15 PM passed, I tried calling him, but he repeatedly disconnected my calls. Finally, at around 9:00 PM, he answered and told me to collect the product from the hub. This behavior is highly unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience. Disconnecting customer calls and refusing to deliver to the specified address is unacceptable. I kindly request immediate action to address this poor service and prevent similar experiences in the future.
