When I questioned him about this, he claimed I had provided the wrong address, despite my address being correct. His response was dismissive, and he stated, 'You were on another call, so I returned it.' This is unacceptable. A delivery partner should not return items without customer confirmation, especially when the customer responds promptly. His tone was disrespectful, and he even remarked, 'You can complain or leave a review; I don’t care.' This indicates a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. I urge you to provide better training to your delivery partners to ensure respectful communication and responsible handling of deliveries.
