I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service I experienced recently. The delivery agent informed me he would arrive at 8:15 PM. I explained that our office closes at 8:00 PM, and if he arrived late, I would have to wait outside. When 8:15 PM passed, I tried calling him, but he repeatedly disconnected my calls. Finally, at around 9:00 PM, he answered and told me to collect the product from the hub. This behavior is highly unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience. Disconnecting customer calls and refusing to deliver to the specified address is unacceptable. I kindly request immediate action to address this poor service and prevent similar experiences in the future.
