I had an issue with my AIO making gurgling and whine noises so I contacted support regarding my issue.They quite quickly told me this was an issue that required me to RMA it. For the RMA process I had to provide some evidence but after that was shown, a replacement was quickly sent which worked perfectly.Like others mentioned they do ship with FedEx which has personally also given me issues before but in this case it didn't affect me negatively.Overall, the support team is decently fast with responding and clear with their answers.Note: Do expect 2-3 days between emails. So the entire support ticket may take some time to resolve.
