I had an issue with my AIO making gurgling and whine noises so I contacted support regarding my issue.
They quite quickly told me this was an issue that required me to RMA it. For the RMA process I had to provide some evidence but after that was shown, a replacement was quickly sent which worked perfectly.
Like others mentioned they do ship with FedEx which has personally also given me issues before but in this case it didn't affect me negatively.
Overall, the support team is decently fast with responding and clear with their answers.
Note: Do expect 2-3 days between emails. So the entire support ticket may take some time to resolve.

ek ships with fedex.. Like the other 50k customers who had bad experience with fedex. They never attempted to deliver and i was home all day, then they claim no one was home. this is not the first time and it usually ends up wit them taking the package back. I would never ever use FEDEX nor would i buy from any merchant that uses them. I will check the shipping details and if its fedex, then no way im buying anything.
This company was fine back when I ordered directly from their website in 2023. But now the stories are true since it surfaced from last year. Requested a replacement RGB strip for my distro plate and paid through Paypal. Never heard back from them since them since December. I guess I won't be buying directly from them now. Maybe I will buy with other third party sellers with a few here in the US but directly from them in their website? Most likely never again more and more as time goes by. I still like their products but I am going to do my best to stir clear from them and go else to buy from other water cooling companies that are more reputable. Not worth it now.
AIO was fine for about 11 months then out of nowhere failed (presumably to a hose or radiator blockage due to 1 hose being hot while the other not, gurgling fluid like noises coming from the pump, etc.) all documented. Re-pasted the AIO THREE TIMES 1 night and tested with back to back tests showing identical results of 90 Deg Cel CPU temps in medial tasks so I then put the old Noctua NH-D14 on and instantly in 1 attempt I had normal temperatures again. Contacted support and if I were to say they were no help, it would be a compliment. Continually DEMANDED I mount the faulty hardware to make a video of it or they would deny any and all warranty claim which is both absurd, against their obligations and infringes on my consumer guarentees as a citizen and resident of Australia. No matter how many screenshots of results from the incident I sent they ignored it all. Would give 0 stars if possible. Complete garbage team of "support staff"
In the end I bought used part of their brand.They have very reactive support ... I can't confirm if it is efficient yet.So i am very mixed about this company.Probably just their main website is not reactive or their staff to ship orders are not reactive. In the end i don't know if I have to think positively or negatively about this brand.[Update2]Ok I can't understand anything to this customer support and this website page.I asked them if items were not shipped to give me refunds 48h ago.24 hours ago they told me my package was shipped.Now they say they cancel my order and will refund me within 3 days.Definitely the worst experience ever. 10 days to ship when they say it is shipped it is not really shipped and then they cancel after saying it is finally shipped.Nonsense value : 10000%.I don't recommend anyone to order on their website.[Update]Ok it looks them 10 days to ship articles (to France) that were in stock. I am waiting for my package now.So maybe not a scam, but very slow shipment.I will update once I have received my package.[OLD] Ordered only fittings and a radiator. Everything is in stock but after a week still no shipping.This brand is a scam I don't recommend to buy on their website.I am trying to get a refund now.
EKWB failed to ship multiple orders and left it in the hands of LMTEK to fix. With it being a foreign company there is nothing anybody can do so anybody in the same boat is left hostage. LMTEK refuses to help EKWB with their orders so I give one star to LM Tek as well. Any order related to EKWB is ignored by LM TEK. Customers of EKWB are treated very poorly and are being robbed. The website still takes orders and they have the products in stock but they still refuse to ship orders
Now I know these pumps are not made by EKWB (EK Water Blocks) themselves but they have a responsibility toaddress any issues that may develop over time (at least within 2 years under EU law) should there be a manufacturingproblem - and let me tell you right off the bat that if you have a problem, they will flat out deny that there'sanything wrong and it's all within "their" standards and will refuse to do anything about it. Don't be fooledby their reassuring fluffy customer support mission statement that is intended to give you false sense of security.I've had this unit for just about 1.5 years and during that time I've heard all sorts of noises comingout of it, one being an insanely loud grinding noise, to just plain loud at anything over 3000RPM - if it sat orwas connected to the PC case - now in my ignorance of anything actually being wrong I was able to mitigatethese problems by resting the unit on soft packaging foam and limiting it's Max speed to just under 2800RPMProblem solved! Or so I thought, 1.5 years in and the thing wouldn't start causing my graphics card toover heat and force me to do a hard shut down. This is when I realised the pump wasn't working and wouldn'tstart.Got in touch with EKWB customer support to RMA the thing, as it's still under warranty under EU law (2 years)And they said that all I needed to do was open up the pump and clean it. Which I did, and I found tons of this blackplastic residue coating the internal structure of the impeller and bearing seat where it's rubbing, and sure enoughit worked again, all good so far - but then I noticed that the impeller part of the unit wasn't really looking verygood eg. what I have shown in the photos as internal plastic chipping. wearing of the seat where the bearing makescontact, horrible moulding, external edge chipping, a dent in the outer shell and rust!I couldn't believe my eyes and thought there's got to be something wrong here, and there is - it's called balancing,these impellers have to be carefully balanced to take out any wobble it might have at high speed and if it's even slightlyout your going to get vibrations which lead to wear and noise, ultimately after further use the thing will destroy itself!Easy fix you might say, just swap out the impeller for a new one? Nope! EKWB (EK Water Blocks) say "Impellers are not available as separate spare parts, and we do not replace them individually." and "There is no functional fault that would qualify this pump for an RMA. This concludes our position on the matter" LOL - It's like the dumbest response to a simple fix I've ever got from anyone - all they had to do was contact their suppliers - Xylem - in this case and send out a replacement part - no need for RMA.Anyway, if you've read this far, my word of caution is, if you have any symptoms like loud crunching noises or unbearablevibration above 2800 RPM you may well have a dodgy impeller, open the unit and visually inspect the impeller, if it doesn't look right send the unit back immediately! - personally I wouldn't buy from EKWB (EK Water Blocks) as they are just completely useless as a company, have no quality control standards at all, and they will leave you high and dry on your own.Good luck!

It’s been 11 days, and not only has my order not been shipped, but the company has completely ignored all my emails and follow-ups.For a brand that claims to be premium in PC cooling, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. There is no communication, no tracking, no update—just silence after taking my money.Buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support.
