My grandparents flight from Chisinau airport to Tel Aviv. They are people with disabilities. A huge thank you to the girl who saw us and helped us all. She let us skip the check-in line. But then the flight was canceled, because plane was broken. The company were given a hotel and my grandparents had rest. The next day they flew out. They were given an assistant who drove them straight to the plane. Upon arrival, they were also met. I was pleasantly surprised, because after FlyOne, I was disappointed in the service.
