El Al ask Air France to be in charge of my flyth but forget to give me all the information to be able to make the check-in on Air France website. Conclusion : I could not take my plane this morning as I went to el-al desk thinking i m flying with them and lost all the time to be able to résister on time finaly with qu'il France. Booking.com (I book my flyth with them) or El Al send to each other to say it is the false of the other.... and I stay at Paris with no refond and obligation to pay for another ticket. Client service 0!!
