Poor quality builds backed up by terrible customer service. Have had numerous issues with our new house and Elan go out of their way to avoid addressing them. They miss appointments, complete substandard repairs and then as soon as possible hide behind a two year warranty for issues that are clearly present prior to this. If you can choose any other house builder, I would recommend doing so.
