I ordered from this store without knowing that returns had to be sent all the way to Asia. This crucial detail was not clearly mentioned before purchase. When I tried to exercise my right to return the product under EU consumer law, I was told to ship it internationally at my own cost, which is completely unreasonable and possibly illegal under European regulations.This company clearly does not respect consumer rights and makes it extremely difficult to return items. If you live in the EU and value your rights as a customer, I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
