The worst ever. I ordered something because I could return it if I did not like it. Well, I did not like it, so when asking several times for a return form, I finally received it and WHAT THE HELL????? You have to return it to China, and pay for the postage yourself. The postage is more than the cost of the item. It is stated on the site that the postage is for your account, but not that you have to return it to China. Since the shop is in Dutch, it is only fair that you expect to return it to a Dutch address. SHAME ON YOU. Never ever ever buy anything from this shop.

Ordered some clothing of which one did not fit. Asked for a return form. First, they replied to give me a discount, I refused. Then they replied I could sent it back to China (I live in BE)! No form just an address. Never buying there. Scam!
Dont buy anything from this store,goods are definitely from China,Ordered online May 2025 waited till now Lots of excuses about delay etc.Sent lots of emails with only one reply about certain delay from the other end.No telephone number only emails took ages to reply.Wondered where is my order gone to?
I ordered from this store without knowing that returns had to be sent all the way to Asia. This crucial detail was not clearly mentioned before purchase. When I tried to exercise my right to return the product under EU consumer law, I was told to ship it internationally at my own cost, which is completely unreasonable and possibly illegal under European regulations.This company clearly does not respect consumer rights and makes it extremely difficult to return items. If you live in the EU and value your rights as a customer, I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
SAVE YOUR TIME , MONEY AND MENTAL HEALTH- DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!Long waiting for the order. No support from the customer service on the delivery date ! Waiting almost 3 weeks now....Mailing them several times and they only replied, sorry there is a delay with your order.... I think there is an automated message to all customers that they send, not even a real person replying. Worrying I lost the money.BTW orders are made and delivered from China and if your product is not a good fit- you pay the shipping cost if you want to return it ! I wish I have read this more carefully :(
