There is a reason the ratings are so low with this BS company. Just because I changed the institution I pay this card with, they put a 7 day hold on my account....even though they accepted the first payment from my new institution, the second is being held for 7 days. What a bunch of BS!......of course, there is nothing they can do to override this and I have to wait with employees in the field trying to use the card and it being declined even though my dashboard tells me I have plenty of available credit.......horrible, horrible, horrible
