This company excels in customer service. I had a problem with an ingredient in one of the collagen products which wasn’t obvious on the website (this has now been corrected). Not only did they refund me but are sending an alternative product to me to try that is a better fit. Communication has been excellent and refreshing. Truly a company of integrity.
Excellent product and customer services! They really care about their customers, quick to respond and attend to your queries and requests. I ordered too many of the wrong flavour and they assisted in a swap efficiency and accommodating to my schedule. I have only been taking the collagen for 10 days but already see and feel the benefits. All the flavours are delicious. Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend them, the free gifts a nice touch.
