Received shirt for my birthday but since the person had to deliver it from the US, it took more than 14 days. It was way to big and no possibility to get a smaller size in exchange. The person, who bought the shirt placed a very large order, should be possible to exchange the shirt, especially for a very good customer! There was no way to talk to someone and it was a strict NO. Not very client friendly!
Can’t get enough of JB. Everything is stunning and fits tru to size. Can’t help but feel like that it girl even down to the socks. I love my adjustable windbreaker and their fitted tops I keep by the masses. Just got the barrel pants and they are so lovely and form fitting they are worth the high end price in my opinion. You pay for thoughtful design, construction materials, and branding. Some of yall are way too harsh with your negative reviews justifying that dupes out there for less. No duh. When you judge JB on criteria of high clothing standards, there’s no doubt JB is special and worth it.

They sell clothes at a premium price but fail to deliver quality products and do not stand behind them. I struggled to justify the cost of a long sleeve, yet I went ahead. It was quite expensive, and they sent me a defective shirt with poor stitching. After wearing it twice, the stitching is coming apart. I reached out immediately, and they offered 50% store credit or 25% off the defective shirt they sent me. It’s definitely not worth the money. You can find better quality elsewhere.
The clothing is comfy and flattering, but I was let down by the shipping experience. My order was stolen, and unfortunately, the company does not provide refunds or replacements in such cases. For a brand at this price point, I would expect some shipping protection or a signature requirement at delivery.
