Ive been taking it nearly three months now my friend gave me half of her pack to start with and then I ordered my own I like the vanilla better than the chocolate, I can see a difference in my hair and nails, not sure about the skin, but my joints are not as bad (achy knees) so I am carrying on to see if I can see a difference in my skin soon
Delivery is really good. Team response to emails excellent. Subscription easy to set up and alter so you don’t need to worry about running out. I’ve now enrolled my husband, best friend and hopefully my sister too. We mix it in our coffee - adds a richness to it. Looking forward to adding it to our winter porridge too. Have noticed changes in my joints - not such a creaking gate now! 🤣🤣🤣
