They mentioned a refund, but I was still charged around 20 euros for what they called "their fee," whatever that means. Their communication is confusing; they cancel an event, and I have to request my money back, only to find I'm getting 20 euros less. It's clear which platform I will NEVER use again for bookings. The most unreliable and unjust service I’ve encountered. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience and want assurance for your money, spend it elsewhere. What a scam - STAY AWAY! I'm uncertain about the relationship between the ticket seller and this service, as both names appear on the tickets. If I could give them negative ratings, I would! Tickets were initially $45, but the price jumped to $61, which I accepted for the convenience of online purchase. However, the confirmation email showed a total of $233. When I reached out, the customer service claimed the "market price" had risen and they had the right to charge more due to limited availability. I contacted the venue directly and was informed there were plenty of tickets left just hours before the show. This is a complete scam! There's no recourse. Shame on you!
I made two reservations as gifts and paid, intending to attend. The concert is in four months, and over 75% of tickets are still available. Then, I realized the concert falls on Easter, and my partner can't attend. I wanted to cancel but was unpleasantly surprised to find I couldn't. There's no option to cancel or get a refund for reservations. Other platforms allow cancellations, but not for tickets bought here. It's very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend using their services again.
