Vanilla flavour is my favourite. Very tasty in cold milk when whisked - just like having a Vanilla milkshake. Noticeable improvement in my nails after only a few weeks.
Any questions are answered promptly by Alex, Founder of Elavate. He is always helpful and accommodating concerning re-order frequency. I highly recommend this company.
If I could give zero I would. I ordered at the end of January and have not received my order. Alex continues to apologise and assure me a new package will be sent out, but it never comes….. then after a few more days of chasing she promises another one will be sent, no tracking given, nothing comes. This has been going on and on for some time. Customer service is nothing short of disgusting. Says all the right things but does nothing.
I’ve been taking the chocolate collagen now for about 6 weeks on and off. ( that’s because I’m terrible at remembering as I fast till lunch and can be out during the day.)
Even so, I’ve noticed a difference within my finger nails. Due to psoriasis my finger nails never grow much before peeling or snapping. I’ve tried everything including so called nail varnishes etc and supplements but nothing seemed to have made a difference, but over the last 6 weeks I’ve noticed my nails have been growing more and haven’t snapped or peeled as much.
I don’t have a regular wage coming in so having a subscription for me is not possible, but after talking to Alex at Elavate she put my mind at ease saying I could buy as and when, even if it was a little more, this option fits my circumstances.
My second order came with some free gifts which I thought was great, and I was also sent out several packets of different flavours to try.
The choc being my favourite.
I have to say I don’t normally like milk shakes as I’m more of a savoury person, but the chocolate really is delicious.
I use oat milk with it.
I’m adamant to keep this up for at least 3 months to see the difference.
I’m a woman of 61 so hoping to see a change.

Customer service is always really quick to respond, and are really friendly. My Husband also uses Elavate and it’s helping with joint pain. I’d definitely recommend it.
Very disappointed after reading the rave reviews purchased a 6 month subscription. Unfortunately the overpowering taste of sweetener / sacarin isn’t for me in both the gummies and the chocolate flavour . I tried hot and cold . The customer service is shocking and the offer of a 90 day money back guarantee or return if not to your taste liking is rubbish as I am still trying to return my products and get a refund.Despite requesting to return for a refund I have only received one email reply in 10 days , I sent 5 messages and the reply ignored my request and offered an alternate flavour which I’ve declined as it’s the sacarin taste not the initial flavour that is vile . I will be seeking legal advice and would not recommend this company or product to anyone. I felt secure purchasing from this company with these guarantees and reviews but would advise to avoid as these are false promises
The 4⭐️is NOT a negative, I have only been using for just over a week. Being over 50, I have that bloated belly and as yet there is no change to that but in such a short space I have noticed a difference in my skin. I have the chocolate and is used as a Hot Chocolate before on a work night or as a Mocho Coffee at rhe weekend. Both taste Great and are easy to fit in to your routine. Im going to sample the Vanilla sample to see if I like and then use as an alternative as well. The Gummies are Nice too. Quick Delivery and looking forward to seeing the other benifits too.
Great so far 😋 only 2 weeks in but feeling positive, I'm making sure I'm also drinking my water every day. I have much les joint and leg pain at night... that is amazing!!!
Not sure if I'm imagining it but my skin feels tighter and plumper. I'm 65 and hoping to grow older well. Trusting Elevate will support me in that . I had been taking another brand of collagen for about 18 months but did not see the impact and benefits Elevate is providing.

This collagen taste great in my morning coffee. I’ve been using it for almost a year and can definitely see and feel something working! My knees don’t click every morning now! My hair & nails are feeling stronger and I think my skin looks brighter. Also great customer service.
What a great company to deal with . I asked if I could return packets of a flavour I didn’t like and swap it for another . I had a response within a few hours . They explained that they had already posted the new flavour with a complementary gift. They said I could keep the product I had and give it to a friend . I am seriously impressed by their customer service.
