I dislike writing negative reviews, but this situation warrants one. I was with a previous provider for years without issues until my account was taken over without notice. Initially, things were fine, but when my machine had problems, I reached out for an upgrade and rate reduction as promised. Since then, I've called over 10 times for assistance. Each time, I was assured a manager would call back, but no one ever did. I followed up multiple times, yet still no response. The lack of communication and transparency is astounding. Consequently, I switched to another provider in September and canceled my account, but they continue to charge me monthly despite the cancellation. I've repeatedly called to inquire about these charges, only to receive the same excuse—“a manager will call you back.” This is completely unacceptable. The customer service is unresponsive, billing practices are questionable, and accountability is lacking. My patience has worn thin.
