An email support system is urgently needed.

An email support system should definitely be introduced. Each call yields different responses from agents, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues, especially regarding refunds. I was billed for months despite having received confirmation of my cancellation. For some unknown reason, they refuse to refund me. I've been pleading for the return of my money, which shouldn't have been charged at all. It feels like no one is concerned. Documenting conversations is one-sided, and they seem to 'lose' information or requests that only benefit them. For instance, my request for a return label for old equipment mysteriously vanished, and they focus on trivial matters like who initiated the last call. It doesn’t matter; both my partner and I share equal access to our account.

An email support system is crucial. Each call brings different answers from agents, complicating issue resolution, especially for refunds. I was charged for months after receiving confirmation of my cancellation. They inexplicably refuse to refund me. I've been persistently asking for my money back, which should never have been charged. Serious concerns about account handling

I am very dissatisfied with how my account was managed. It was abruptly closed, and my funds have been withheld for at least 60 days, without any chance for me to explain or resolve the issue. Furthermore, I was asked for irrelevant documents, which only added to my frustration. This treatment is unacceptable, and I seek immediate clarification and prompt release of my funds.

Avoid doing business

Avoid doing business. They are withholding over $35K. They falsely promise to release it but never do. If you're considering applying, think twice. They have a history of doing this to others.

Unpleasant experience leading to a bad review

I dislike writing negative reviews, but this situation warrants one. I was with a previous provider for years without issues until my account was taken over without notice. Initially, things were fine, but when my machine had problems, I reached out for an upgrade and rate reduction as promised. Since then, I've called over 10 times for assistance. Each time, I was assured a manager would call back, but no one ever did. I followed up multiple times, yet still no response. The lack of communication and transparency is astounding. Consequently, I switched to another provider in September and canceled my account, but they continue to charge me monthly despite the cancellation. I've repeatedly called to inquire about these charges, only to receive the same excuse—“a manager will call you back.” This is completely unacceptable. The customer service is unresponsive, billing practices are questionable, and accountability is lacking. My patience has worn thin.

Lack of respect towards clients

For 7 months, we have requested termination due to high fees, as we were promised lower rates. Despite assurances that everything would be handled, we continue to incur monthly charges and our account remains open. We keep calling and receive the same excuses about the account closure being in process and a refund being requested, but since May 2025, nothing has changed. This shows complete disrespect for our business. We may pursue legal action if this issue is not resolved soon.

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company. The service provided was horrendous from beginning to end. They terminated my contract without explanation, withheld my funds for 60 days, and became completely unreachable—no one answers calls or replies to inquiries. Customer service is nonexistent when help is needed. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
