This is a good service, connecting those in need with pre-selected carers. They were warm, helpful, and understanding, assisting with navigating their systems. However, after the initial contact, I felt somewhat overlooked. Important information regarding the carer's arrival was not sent to me, which caused some confusion for both the carer and me. Fortunately, the carer was lovely and patient. They have launched an app that shows promise but still requires improvement. They canceled the direct debit prematurely, leading to confusion over payment. Despite this, I had two wonderful carers for my brother. A thoughtful gesture was receiving flowers and a sympathy card after my brother's passing. If they improve their administrative processes, they could easily earn a five-star rating.
