On the whole, we have been fairly disappointed with the administration side. We have found it very difficult to get through on the phone and have rarely been able to speak to the same person twice, so feel like we have lacked continuity. With regard to the actual caring, the two main carers we have had so far have been very good and patient and we have been quite satisfied, apart from the domestic tasks like cleaning. The 3 star-rating fairly reflects what we consider a 2.5 star rating for administration and 4.5 stars for the caring itself.
